Discover Trinistyle Cuisine

Trinistyle Cuisine, located at 2159 W Century Blvd in Los Angeles, CA, offers an unforgettable dining experience that blends the rich flavors of Trinidadian and Caribbean dishes with a modern twist. Whether you're a local or a visitor, this spot quickly becomes a favorite for those seeking bold, vibrant tastes and a laid-back atmosphere to enjoy a meal with friends or family.

At Trinistyle Cuisine, the menu is a carefully curated collection of traditional dishes that have been passed down through generations in Trinidad, but with a contemporary spin that keeps everything fresh and exciting. From the moment you walk in, the vibrant colors and the enticing aromas from the kitchen draw you in, setting the stage for what promises to be an exceptional meal.

One of the standout dishes that define the essence of Trinistyle Cuisine is their famous roti. Served with a variety of fillings like chicken, goat, and even shrimp, it’s a hearty, flavorful meal that combines tender meat and vegetables wrapped in soft, warm flatbread. Each bite is an explosion of spices and textures, a true testament to the restaurant's commitment to authenticity. The curry chicken, for example, is slow-cooked to perfection, blending earthy flavors with a slightly tangy kick, making it a must-try for anyone new to the cuisine.

Aside from the roti, Trinistyle's menu features a range of classic dishes, including jerk chicken, callaloo, and doubles. The jerk chicken is marinated in a secret blend of spices that delivers a perfect balance of smoky, spicy, and sweet. It's a dish that will make you crave more with every bite. For those looking for something lighter, the callaloo - a rich, spinach-based soup - offers a flavorful alternative that’s both comforting and satisfying.

The bar at Trinistyle is another highlight, offering a selection of refreshing tropical drinks that complement the bold flavors of the food. From traditional Caribbean cocktails like rum punch to more inventive creations, there’s something for every palate. The warm hospitality and friendly staff make you feel right at home, ensuring that every visit is memorable.

In terms of location, Trinistyle Cuisine stands out not only because of its exceptional food but also its prime spot in Los Angeles. Situated in a bustling neighborhood, it’s easy to access whether you're headed there for a casual lunch or a special dinner outing. The ambiance is relaxed but stylish, making it an ideal place for both intimate gatherings and group celebrations. The spacious interior and outdoor seating options further enhance the overall dining experience.

What really sets Trinistyle Cuisine apart from other eateries in the area, though, is its commitment to using high-quality ingredients and maintaining consistency in every dish. Whether it’s the freshly prepared jerk spices or the carefully sourced vegetables, the quality of the ingredients shines through in every bite. Many customers often rave about the attention to detail, from the perfectly cooked rice to the homemade hot sauce served on the side. This dedication to quality and flavor is why regulars keep coming back and new visitors quickly become repeat customers.

Reviews of Trinistyle Cuisine across various platforms reflect a consistent praise for both the food and the friendly, accommodating service. People appreciate how the restaurant stays true to its roots while offering a unique twist that appeals to modern tastes. Whether you’re coming in for a casual meal or celebrating a special occasion, it’s the type of place where you’ll always feel welcome and leave satisfied.

For those in the Los Angeles area looking to experience authentic Trinidadian flavors with a modern flair, Trinistyle Cuisine should definitely be on your list. • I came for the Doubles! I don’t know of any other place that serves only Trinidadian and Tobago food in LA, so I was very excited to make this drive and try it out. We had their chicken and Channa/ahloo doubles. They were packed with flavor and spice, and this was everything I’ve been dreaming of since I first tried doubles in Brooklyn, New York. This is a perfect spot to pick up something to eat on your way to LAX or Sofi stadium. However, they’re only open on Friday thru Sunday. We experienced great service from Latoya who assisted us at the register. Hats off to the chef who was cooking up her magic in the kitchen!

  • We Love Trinistyle Cuisine! Family run spot, located in a strip mall with limited parking and a few seating for patrons. Trinistyle delivers with traditional, authentic flavors! Open on Friday - Saturday - Sunday Food is made to order. Will take time because it’s made with love! Buss up shot delicious! Goat dhalpuri roti delicious! Doubles delicious! Ginger-pine drink delicious! Currant pies delicious! Love that they have a little store in their spot serving Caribbean tings. Please bring more goodies and hard to find items from the homeland. Will always support this place as it is a gem, and truly a taste of home. Thank you!????????

  • I ordered a Goat Roti, a Chicken Roti, and a double. The food was very tasty and my order only took 15mins to come out. The flavors are fully there, I just wish they took more time cooking the goat, chicken, and potatoes longer. I like the meat to fall apart. Meat wasn’t tough but it needed another hour of cooking at least. Potatoes could use a few more minutes. Overall, because I’m away from the south, this place was by closest to the best Roti I will get most likely in California!

  • My family found this place when we were visiting LA via Google. My BIL wanted a taste of home and got it 100%. We got 3 different buss-ups, doubles, and the stew fish (pictured). All were very good. I wish I lived in LA to go back to this place. We did dine-in, but definitely more of a take out spot. Straightforward service. Parking was a bit difficult. The lot is small and some spots are only for 15 minutes, but the hassle is worth it for the food.

  • Went here on a Saturday afternoon. Place was steady with customers. Parking can be hard to find. Also the parking space is tight for bigger vehicles. I've seen videos of this place, and I've always wanted to try T&T cuisine. This is more of the street-style food. We got a goat roti and a chickpea double along with a blend of sorrel and ginger pine for the beverage. The kid at the cashier was helpful, but didn't greet us initially. They have an indoor or small outdoor area to eat. Walls were adorned with T&T memorabilia. Got our items. The drink was amazing. Refreshing, gingery, but overpowering with hints of plum. The goat roti was so damn good. Insane flavors, the meat was tender and the roti was thin, but held everything well. You eat with your hands. The spice level is pretty high up, but with the seasonings, everything works great. I also got a currant cake and that was the perfect finish to a complex meal. Overall, absolutely worth the drive! So many options that you have to come here more than once to experience the different menus. The owner came out and she was very nice.
